The staff provided excellent service, spoke good English, and were very helpful. Room was spacious, upgraded, and well-equipped. Convenient location near metro station and public transportation. Close to eating places and shops.

The hotel staff was professional, friendly, and spoke perfect English, making communication easy. They also arranged a comfortable and punctual airport transfer, a big plus.

As soon as I entered the hotel, the check-in process was quick and efficient, taking only a few minutes. The staff escorted me to my room and I immediately seemed like royalty upon seeing the fresh bathrobe, slippers, and luxurious bath linen set beautifully placed on the bed.
