The staff provided excellent service, spoke good English, and were very helpful. Room was spacious, upgraded, and well-equipped. Convenient location near metro station and public transportation. Close to eating places and shops.

It was also great to be within walking distance of a nice shopping center. the hotel staff was professional, friendly, and spoke perfect English, making communication a breeze. They also arranged a comfortable and punctual airport transfer, which was a big plus.

There were quite a few things that disappointed me during my romantic escape. the sheets in my room had stains on them, which was not a great first impression.
